Psychosexual Support for Adults 18+

Pscyhosexual Therapy

I work with adults who want to explore sexual and intimate parts of life in a safe, shame-free space. This can mean addressing difficulties, expanding what feels possible, or understanding how past experiences are affecting the present. I’m sex-positive, trauma-aware, and LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergence affirming.

“Sometimes, it’s hard to talk about what feels most personal, but opening up can be the first step toward understanding yourself better.”

I'm AyhanSexual Trauma Specialist

Over the years, my work has increasingly focused on trans and male survivors of sexual abuse. My psychosexual training means I can recognise the sexual and relational difficulties that can follow these experiences, and offer support that combines trauma awareness with a practical understanding of sexual wellbeing, intimacy, and trust.

What is Psychosexual Therapy?

Psychosexual therapy explores sexual health with the aim of improving self-esteem, reducing stress, and strengthening intimate connections. While my practical experience primarily focuses on male sexual challenges, I’ve found that this approach is beneficial for all genders.
