Thanks for stopping by. I’m Ayhan, psychotherapist, EMDR specialist and coach for Autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults, including those who think or know this describes them. I work best with people who are ready for deeper therapeutic work and whose safety is secure. Think of it like this: if your nervous system regulates only for external situations to cause harm again, therapy can’t do what it’s meant to do. You don’t need everything sorted, just enough grounding and support to make necessary changes.
You’ll find sessions are a place where your way of thinking and being is met with respect, and where the focus is on understanding yourself better, processing the past when necessary, to move forward with ease and comfort. If this sounds like what you’re looking for, book a free 20-minute discovery call to see if we’re a good fit.
If you’re ready to strengthen what makes you different and process what’s been hard, I’m here to help with:
If any of this resonates with you, I offer a space to explore, process, and move forward at your own pace. Learn more about clients I work with.

This book is now available and brings together my main interests in qualitative research, trauma-informed psychotherapy and artificial intelligence. Visit the Routledge website for more details or get your copy from Amazon.
“Queering Gestalt Therapy” is a joint project with my colleagues, Dr Vikram Kolmannskog and John Gillespie to support gestalt therapists with the necessary knowledge and skills when working with the LGBTQ+ community.
