Fees 2025

Consultation Fees

My fees reflect the care and dedication I bring to my practice. While they are designed to align with the high-quality support I provide, I understand they may be a barrier for some. Concessions are available for those who cannot afford the standard rate.

Consultation Fees

1.

Standard Session Fees

£95 – 50-Minute Sessions (Weekly Bookings)
£125 – 60-Minute Sessions (Couples / AdHoc / Infrequent Bookings)

Concessions

If my standard fee is outside your budget, I offer concessionary rates for those who need them. These may involve a wait of 6 to 12 months and depend on availability.

Payments & Cancellation Policy

Payment is required before each session and can be made by card or bank transfer. While I aim to be flexible, cancellations impact availability for others. The following charges apply:

  • Cancellations within 7 days: 50% charge
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: Full charge

This policy supports a consistent, structured environment, ensuring sessions remain focused on your progress while minimising disruptions.

Funding

2.

Working with Health Insurance Companies

While I don’t work directly with insurance companies, many clients claim reimbursement successfully. If you’re insured, check if they accept providers accredited by NCPS (Senior Accredited) or EMDR Europe/EMDR Association UK & Ireland.

Access to Work

If you are Autistic or have an ADHD diagnosis, you may qualify for support through Access to Work. Applications can be submitted online and the current wait time is approximately 12 weeks. If you already have funding, please reach out via my contact form to discuss next steps.

How to Get Started

3.

1. Get in Touch

The first step is to decide whether I might be the right person to support you. If that feels like a yes, you can use the Get in Touch form to ask any questions, request a free 15-minute callback.

2. First Contact

When we speak for the first time, my focus is on whether I’m the right person to support you. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, how sessions could look, and whether we can find a regular time to meet. I’ll also explain the intake process and answer any questions. There’s no pressure—you’ll have time to think it over before deciding.

3. Starting Therapy

If you decide you’d like to go ahead, we’ll agree a start date. I’ll send you my intake form, which includes my terms, GDPR notice, and a bit about your details. In our first session, I’ll check in on a few practical things, but most of the time will be spent focusing on what you’d like from therapy and how we might work together.
