Finding affordable counselling can be daunting, especially when you’re already dealing with stress, anxiety, or other challenges. On this page, I’ve gathered information on UK services that offer therapy at reduced rates or on a sliding scale. Each listing includes a short description and details on how to access support.
Cruse offers various services if you have lost a loved one recently. They offer 1:1 therapy for adults and also children.
EACS offers mid-to-longer term counselling of up to one year. I volunteered for this service and the practitioners and staff are kind and welcoming.
Metanoia is a humanistic, integrative training organisation. MCPS is Metanoia’s own counselling clinic which offers up to six month of therapy.
Mind offers a wide range of affordable mental health services within the UK.
One if Four specialises in Childhood Sexual Abuse and Trauma, and offers up to two years of affordable counselling to survivors.
Survivors UK supports men who have experienced sexual violence. They offer group and individual therapy. Counselling can be up to 12 sessions.
